Blue Buffalo Treats for Adult Dogs

The following table highlights the popular treats by Blue Buffalo.  An "x" under a category indicates that this product has ingredients that are widely accepted, but not always, as useful for that specific indication.  For example, ginger has been used in Asian cuisine for thousands of years for its taste, but also for its medicinal properties.  Although its benefits have not been proven in dogs, I am safely assuming it has similar abilities.  If you don't want to take the risk, read ingredient lists thoroughly and avoid what you don't feel comfortable with.  I hope these tables help you in your decision making!

*On October 12, 2012, the FDA released a List of recalls for Pet Food Products from Blue Buffalo. This list included the Blue Buffalo Health Bars Baked With Apples & Yogurt Dog Treats, 20 oz., 12 bags per case.

All the Blue Buffalo treats are made in the U.S.  They do not contain soy, corn, wheat, which can cause allergic reactions in certain dogs.
